Due to the nature and type of services we provide, you must provide authentic and correct information to prove your identity and get your QR ID code. We process the data provided by you for identification purposes. The vendors use your provided information and QR code displaying on your screen to identify. In case of inaccurate information, the business may not be able to identify you, and you may not get your desired service or quality.

This Privacy policy applies wherever and whenever the platform works or acts as a data controller with respect to the general and personal data of both vendors and buyers. QApp maintains privacy controls which affect how we will process general and personal information of existing vendors and buyers. The application plans to operate globally as it scales. Being an intermediary and facilitator, no plaintiff is authorized to file any case or complaint against the QApp application management team or supporting staff on any grounds. The team is also not accountable in any situation or to any court or legal body globally. Thus, it is the responsibility of users to secure their information effectively.
It is to be duly noted that QApp is currently an early stage product. Given the recency of the launch, we encourage early adopters. While we stay open to feedback, any shortcoming or feature limitations cannot be held as a cause for holding QApp responsible. We will consider to add any feature brought to our notice in writing over email by our customers. However, given the early stage nature of this product, by signing up for this product, users take complete ownership of any potential losses of any kind that may arise due to the usage of QApp. If any such feature limitation is brought to our notice, the team stays committed to improve it, but the final responsibility of usage rests on the user.
