The vendor uses this data to communicate and deliver the right products to the right order placing person. When a customer approaches the vendor an ID which is available via the QR code is issued to him. The vendor will verify you by your personal data and QR code and let you use the service. In case you are not willing to make this information available, you may choose to not signup on the platform.

4. Anonymity 

Due to the nature and type of services we provide, you must provide authentic and correct information to prove your identity and get your QR ID code. We process the data provided by you for identification purposes. The vendors use your provided information and QR code displaying on your screen to identify. In case of inaccurate information, the business may not be able to identify you, and you may not get your desired service or quality.

5. Application Zone of this privacy policy 

This Privacy policy applies wherever and whenever the platform works or acts as a data controller with respect to the general and personal data of both vendors and buyers. QApp maintains privacy controls which affect how we will process general and personal information of existing vendors and buyers. The application plans to operate globally as it scales. It may start from limited geographies and expand later on. All users of  QApp are legally bound to obey the code of conduct and respective laws of the land.

6. Collection of Information by third Party, forms, companies, Apps, NGOs etc 

We do not share the user’s information with third parties in any circumstance. We collect general information only, which is not sensitive or confidential. However, this is a utility nature application and hence we keep information of users, both vendors and customers to communicate with each other and deliver products or services. We do not allow any site, App, form, corporate or other applications to use our customers information. We only use and store information for identification and providing better services. We do not share information of QApp users’ with third parties in any case.

7. Purpose of collecting Personal Data and processing procedure

• This is a utility application platform where you can contact a vendor of your own choice and get your desired product or service. We store and process data to locate and recommend businesses from registered members.

• For processing your queues quickly.

• To contact you in case of any inconvenience or hurdle to facilitate you.

• In order to resolve any issue faced by vendors and customers.

• For all financial transactions taking place or going to take place in future.

• Suggesting or advising you of precious information which we think is beneficial for you.

• Personal data of vendors and buyers is used in automated decision-making processes and ensuring quality services.

• We are bound to use or disclose the Personal Data which is required by Government agencies authorized under law, regulation or court order.

• To ensure the best quality of services, in case of identification of fake accounts, immediate action may be taken

We have the authority to remove or ban a registered member at once without issuing warning or show cause notice, if it is deemed to be necessary for security of the application or its users.

The vendors join QApp and use it across geographies, so it is imperative that all users should remain mindful of this. Being an intermediary and facilitator, no plaintiff is authorized to file any case or complaint against the QApp application management team or supporting staff on any grounds. The team is also not accountable in any situation or to any court or legal body globally. Thus, it is the responsibility of users to secure their information effectively.

It is to be duly noted that QApp is currently an early stage product. Given the recency of the launch, we encourage early adopters. While we stay open to feedback, any shortcoming or feature limitations cannot be held as a cause for holding QApp responsible. We will consider to add any feature brought to our notice in writing over email by our customers. However, given the early stage nature of this product, by signing up for this product, users take complete ownership of any potential losses of any kind that may arise due to the usage of QApp. If any such feature limitation is brought to our notice, the team stays committed to improve it, but the final responsibility of usage rests on the user. In this light, we ask users to be judicious in usage of this application. In line with these principles, we seek limited information from users as well.
