The QApp team is not responsible for any kind of loss, damage to tangible or intangible assets done during or after the use of our services. It is the responsibility and legal duty of every member to use application or make any transaction prudently. At this stage, we don’t provide any guarantee or warranty of any transactions taking place on QApp platform. Please use the application based on your own understanding of technology and its risks. QApp is an early-stage product and hence we recommend that you understand these risks thoroughly. When you register, you waive all rights of claiming any potential damages of any kind caused by the platform. However, it should be clear that in case of any kind of issue related to cookies or any other technology related challenges or concerns, the first action that can be taken is submitting the request in writing to the QApp official email ID (help@qappnow.com). In case on non-resolution, the user can choose to leave the platform by giving a notice in writing to QApp team post which their login details will be deleted from the system which will be considered as the final closure to the issue.

We reserve the right at any time and in its sole discretion to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Web site.
